O.K. I admit its not the whole front page as it was in December last year, but the Jimny is on there all the same. Anyway the article covers the trip around Europe and our tour of Croatia in 2010.

Our first attendance at the all-tarmac Rally Of The Midlands. It was an action packed day to say the least.

This is the third year running we have attended the The Rainworth Skoda Dukeries Rally, and as always it was a spectacular day.

The Yorkshire Dales; we've driven around The Peak District for the last 8 years or there abouts and thought it time to try somewhere new. On BigJimny.com a thread was started by a user aptly named Gromit, who offered a trip around The Yorkshire Dales.

A few weeks ago at the British indoor 4x4 Show we discovered the Shropshire Gunbus' Newly painted, refurbished and restored Pinzgauer 716 Hard Top. We were so captivated by the machine that we managed to wangle an invitation to their Pinz Experiance day at Ash4x4 in Shropshire.

Again another years passing can be marked with the start of another British Indoor 4x4 Show and like last year it was held at the Staffordshire County Showground. There was a small difference which seperated this years event from the others; the Jimny is entered into the Cool Trucks category of the modified vehicles competition.

With the Jimny back on the road there was realy only one thing left to do, take her out into the Peak District, and so that is exactly what we did.

Picking up from where we left off in Croatia (the failed rear trailing arms and subsequent damaged back end). I now have replacement parts to fit onto the Jimny including a few other bits to replace old worn ones. But first I must pass on a few tips....

We drove down to Cavendish Mill and arrived on site at 9.45am. As the Jimny is on axle stands at the moment we couldn't drive down the lane in a Kia Picanto, so we jumped into the Peak Authorities 4x4 van for the drive to the bottom of Black Harry Lane.
